As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will participate in every step of the recruitment process from the need definition to candidates selection. Your aim mission is to ensure that teams consist of qualified individuals.

 

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify or/and update staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

  • Create and publish job descriptions on different job boards

  • Suggest creative solutions to source potential candidates

  • Preselect candidates (CV, assessments, etc.) and conduct HR interviews

  • Ensure applications follow up with the different stakeholders

  • Define a proactive recruitment and sourcing strategy, KPIs and monthly reporting

  • Build a strong candidate pipeline through external relationships

 

 

About Your Qualifications

  • Relevant first experience as an IT recruiter

  • A good understanding of technology and technical requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Multitasking and time management mastery

  • Analytical mindset and decision-making skills

  • Fluent in both french and english

  • Open-mindedness and intellectual curiosity.

 

Nice to have

  • IT degree.

Exigences de l'emploi

Votre Challenge au sein de l’équipe sera comme suit :

  • Recueillir les besoins en recrutement en collaboration avec les Managers, définir clairement la description du poste et recenser les attentes liées aux compétences du futur collaborateur,
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de « sourcing » (ex : utilisation de bases de données, recherches web/Internet, réseaux, chasse, cooptation…),
  • Trier les candidatures reçues, mener des entretiens de présélection. Donc votre background technique vous sera un excellent atout pour mieux qualifier les candidatures.
  • Participer aux entretiens et faire le suivi avec les managers et les candidats,
  • Amélioration permanente des outils et des processus et digitaliser le processus de recrutement afin d’améliorer l’expérience candidat
  • Assurer une veille sur les tendances de notre marché et recommander les adaptations nécessaires de nos processus et méthodes de recrutement,
  • Représenter Vneuron en externe dans les évènements (ex : événements aux universités, clubs, etc…).
  • Développement de la marque employeur
