Description de l'emploi

The selected candidate will focus on the accounting and administration works and his/her duties will include:

  1. Management of drivers and cars including car accident handling
  2. Office IT support
  3. Office facility management
  4. Office supply management
  5. Inventory management of purchased equipment and goods
  6. Interact with public institutions, such as for legalization of signature and certified copy
  7. Communication with local service providers, for example for a reparation of office, with internet provider, telephone company, etc.
  8. Support of expats’ life in Tunisia such as communication with the house owner, support of reparation of house, etc.
  9. Support of moving of Japanese expats and their family from Tunisia
  10. Arranging hotel and car for the visitors

Exigences de l'emploi

  • Adjustability to Japanese working style, adherence to policy and rules and regulations, daily routine including punctuality,
  • Fluent in French and English (at least for speaking),
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills,
  • Logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability,
  • Excellent oral communication and negotiation skills,
  • Ability for teamwork (collaboration),
  • Good understanding of business, and

Basic IT skills including basic knowledge of MS Word
