Description de l'emploi

The selected candidate will focus on the document control works in relation to the implementation of a power plant construction project contract and his/her duties will include, such as but not limited, to:

  • Management of incoming email (Read, reply, archive & Forward).
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly report.
  • Follow up and update control sheets (Letters, Site note, Study Note, DCC Emails, Warranty claims etc.).
  • Arranging letters signing and submission.
  • Managing the approval of documents submission to Client.
  • Filing of soft copies on server.
  • Support translation of documents/letters/emails (English óFrench).
  • Render any other administrative support for other office members, as required.

Exigences de l'emploi

Required Skills and Competencies:    As Document Control Staff, the candidate is required at least the following capabilities.

  • Adjustability to Japanese working style, adherence to;
    1. the company policy,
    2. the office rules and regulations, daily routine including punctuality,
  • keeping and maintaining detailed and frequent communication line between the office in Tunisia and the headquarter in Japan,
  • At least 3 years experiences of office work and in accounting administration, with basic knowledge in accounting and Tunisian tax rules.
  • Experience of direct communication with stakeholders, business partners, service providers/suppliers, and so on,
  • Fluent in English and French (both for speaking and business writing), and ability of translation (English ó French),
  • Writing skill of business letters in French,
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills,
  • Logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability,
  • Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills,
  • Ability for teamwork (collaboration),
  • Good understanding of business, and
  • Good IT skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Power Point (especially Excel skill is essential).
