Team Leader Multilanguage

Assist Digital Tunisia is hiring team leaders.

The main responsabilities of the team leader includes but not limited to:

- Managing operational briefings and updates on the specific campaign

- Team leader will be suggesting changes to be applied to the operational processes and for the         development of the necessary supports

- Motivating the team entrusted in achieving excellent performance by encouraging team working

- Taking in charge escalated calls in order to reach the client satisfaction and to set a good example as a role model

- Monitoring and verifying the knowledge acquired by individual operators

- Timely assistance to customer care agents if needed

- Monitoring the operational performance of the assigned team (quality and productivity)

- Coaching and developing customer service agents’ skills and help them to reach the full potential through monitoring, assessment and regular feedback

- Team leader will be reporting and monitoring compliance with contractual SLAs and service KPIs

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude, good organizational and time management skills

- Excellent in motivating and managing staff within a team environment

- Ability to analyze KPIs

- Ability to prioritize work and workloads across a team

- Creative thinking and problem solving

- Fluent in French and English language (written and spoken)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Good knowledge and use of the main MS Office applications (word, excel) and e-mail
