Corporate Business Development Specialist

Job purpose: Contributes in anticipating and assessing business opportunities and risks in the company’s operating environment to ensure a compliant implementation of Coficab business opportunities. 

Your Key Challenges are to:

• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of local market and competitive environment and support management in identification and realization of business opportunities in line with global strategies,
• Support specific business development initiatives and tactics within a region, market, customer, or product segment,
• Provide guidance and direction on problems and issues to support execution of business development strategies,
• Monitor and track business development projects and programs for the purpose of reporting as they relate to assigned area,
• Analyze, measure, and track market sales potential across assigned brands, channels, regions, products, etc,
• Acquire competitive and market intelligence and generate reports and analysis to present to management,
• Provide costing, budget, research, and analytical support to business development management,
• Comply with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements and comply with Corporate values, code of conduct and non disclosure agreement..

Required Profile

Educational Requirements: Master's degree in Finance, Business & Administration, Economics or equivalent field

Required Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development 

Technical Skills: Research & Drafting Skills, Reporting Skills, Market&Regulatory Environment, Writing Skills, Enviromental Aspects&Impacts, Macroeconomic Analysis

Language and Software Skills: 

MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..), ERP

English is Mandatory

Behavioral Competencies in: Communication, Building Relationships, Self Development,Personal Effectiveness, Business skills.
