Junior HR Manager

Desert Joy is looking for a Junior HR Manager. 

This position holder will manage all Human Resources-related aspects and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives and improving the performance of the HR management system 

He /she will also be responsible for providing effective and reliable reviews that supports the company’s decision making.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or relative fields.
• People orientation and results-drive
• Good knowledge of labor regulations.
• Good knowledge of collective agreement
• Mastery of negotiation tools and techniques
• Good English level
