Manufacturing Quality Assurance

Gets information from the production department, about quality problems.
Performs analysis engaging SQA (in case of problems with components), the technical department (ENG, PD), the maintenance department (in case the problem is the result of incorrect operation of the
machine), the production department.
Organizes periodical meeting for the continuous improvement process and coordinates the Team for the
implementation of the improving, corrective and preventive actions.
He's responsible for managing and supervising the firewall, the related statistics and corrective actions (agreed with the Team).
Respects the principles of safety and fire protection.
Works with all areas of the Company in the promotion, deployment and implementation methodology of
work based on the politics of WCM (whenever it's applied in the ASK Company).
Supports the Quality Manager (or Quality Team Leader) to prepare every Customer audit.
Assures the exchange of experiences between different ASK Companies

Anglais obligatoire

Connaissances en FMEA, SPC, QRQC, PPAP
