Business/Implementation Analyst

It is a unique opportunity to learn about Airlines IT and for good candidate to evolve towards other positions in consulting.

  Key responsibilities:

•      Drive airline/support during implementation steps: functional and technical set up, testing, clarification, etc
•      Analyze issues reported by users.
•      Identify root cause.
•      Create/maintain the technical documentation
•      Report progress to project manager and customers.
•      Ensure solutions are implemented on time.
•      Learn from experience and improve quality of future implementations.
•      Propose best practices and improvement.
•      Train/coach new comers

Qualifications:

•      Master degree in IT, degree or knowledge of Accounting is a strong plus.
•      Capacity and willingness to understand complex functional flows and processes.
•      Stress management.
•      Good analytical, decision making, and trouble shooting skills.
•      Knowledge of the Travel industry is a strong plus.
•      Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments (shell, scripting).
•      Knowledge of Python is a plus.
•      Knowledge/experience of SQL
•      Good command of English, other languages are a plus.
•      Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
•      Customer and quality focus.
•      Proactivity/flexibility.
•      Up to 2 years experience.
