UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX designer able to:

- Cultivate a solid body of work - Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients needs

- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts

- Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas - Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval

- Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.

- Create visual mockups based on proposed UX/UI improvements, specify key screen layouts and interactions as well as visual behaviors

- Perform simple video cutting, create animated gifs, create collages from images and design banners and head visuals besides working on backgrounds of web pages

- Create tools (e.g. design system, etc.) that help you and the team to ensure design consistency and help us to scale to multiple countries

 - Extensive knowledge of UX/UI principles, ability to create UI design systems and build for a digital environment, preparing files for Engineering handover

- Excellent visual, written and verbal communications skills

- Experience using Adobe XD and Figma

- Able to take design feedback and incorporate it quickly, solving user and client problems

- Able to balance time across multiple projects, working in a fast-growth environment

- Intermediate English and French written and oral skills

- Experience with video animation (After effects, Premiere…)

-Production of motion design videos (from storyboard design to animation of graphic elements)
