Customer orientation: Site & products:
Assists the customer on the different functionalities of the website.
Advise and orient the customer on the products of the site and the promotions
Order management and escalation to other departments:
Follow up and modify orders with the relevant departments
Ensure outgoing calls to customers to follow up on orders
Quoting & Billing:
Assist customers with quote requests
Follow up on invoicing and payment
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a multi-channel customer service environment or not
Knowledge of design tools will be a plus
Familiarity with computer tools
