Exigences de l'emploi

Key responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaigns by running ads, creating emails, landing pages, building automated workflows 
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
  • Manage, execute, track, and report out on the performance of the advertising calendar
  • Responsible for administering the marketing automation platform and being the system technical expert, seeking to optimize processes and increase utilization of functionality
  • A/B test and continually measure the performance of key digital assets
  • Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path
  • Perform metrics analysis and reporting
  • Assist in planning, supporting, and/or implementing other marketing tasks as needed
  • Provide recommendations on copy, design, and functionality improvements to ads, landing pages, forms, and emails

Candidate profile

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or similar field 
  • Minimum 3+ years in marketing (client or agency) with a successful record of delivering work with measurable business results, on time and on budget 
  • Experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Practical experience executing paid social media ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc
  • Experience with Wordpress
  • Experience working in the financial services industry and/or marketplace marketing is helpful
  • Successful experience in media planning and buying
  • You are enthusiastic and entrepreneurial, behaving with integrity and transparency

  • Deep understanding of how paid and organic content and strategies work together

  • You have demonstrated experience in leading creative projects from ideation to delivery and launch
  • You have a strong analytical skillset and ability to translate data to media performance
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinker – able to communicate effectively and influence others with a passion for storytelling
  • Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders and quickly execute high-quality work
  • Digital native and happy to adapt to new trends and technologies
  • Fluent in English, French a plus 
  • Tunisian citizenship or work permit
