Overview of Role:
The Global People, Culture & Learning team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee life-cycle. Leading with care and empathy, we develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs
As part of the People Team you will be responsible for implementing and managing culture and employee engagement initiatives, driving a high performance environment. We recognize the importance of employee engagement and a strong culture in a company’s success, and as the Global Culture & Engagement Project Manager, you will play a leading role in advancing our culture and improving how we engage, support and develop our global teams across the organization.
