Overview of Role:

The Global People, Culture & Learning team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee life-cycle. Leading with care and empathy, we develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs

As part of the People Team you will be responsible for implementing and managing culture and employee engagement initiatives, driving a high performance environment. We recognize the importance of employee engagement and a strong culture in a company’s success, and as the Global Culture & Engagement Project Manager, you will play a leading role in advancing our culture and improving how we engage, support and develop our global teams across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Create and manage our global employee engagement surveys, which gives employees an opportunity to provide ongoing feedback about our company across all teams and sites. This feedback helps us understand our organizational strengths and areas of opportunity
  • Analyze survey results to create global and local innovative solutions and feedback platforms that drive a positive change in our employee experience and culture
  • Assess and help evolve the employee experience, from onboarding to exit, that clearly reflects National Pen’s values, and in turn, serves as the foundation of our employee value proposition
  • Project manage the design, development, and implementation of various employee engagement programs and initiatives globally working with key partners and key business stakeholders
  • Collaborating with Regional People Ops leaders and local People Ops teams to roll out global programs locally
  • You will partner with global teams to build, iterate and integrate programs and processes with a diversity and inclusion lens, which enable the strategy & support practical implementation
  • Track and analyse Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) metrics, translating into insights which are used to communicate impact and gain buy-in for proposed programs
  • Assist with cultivating relationships with key external diversity partners, organizations and vendors
  • Conduct research and stay current on diversity best practices and new diversity programs and initiatives
  • Drive an employee-centric focus across our processes and programs by partnering with internal teams and business partners to integrate our shared core values and behaviors into people processes and programs
  • Create engagement activities (events, meetings, speaker series, etc.) designed to inspire people to drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across different groups and global sites
  • Working with the internal Communication Team, create and execute feedback and communication campaigns to raise awareness of our core values and bolster our culture
  • Promote and advertise internally our corporate awards program to recognize team members who champion our culture
  • Report on key program information, budgets, metrics, and insights. Conduct regular program reviews focused on data-based lessons learned and forward-looking improvements
  • Working with relevant global and local internal partnered teams supporting employer branding programs

Exigences de l'emploi

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Previous D&I strategy setting and implementation experience desired
  • Strong expertise in creating, implementing and rolling out employee  engagement programs
  • You are collaborative in nature and have experience of consulting with internal or external customers including HR partners to leverage insights
  • You have strong business acumen and are results driven
  • High energy, passionate and role models our core values, is a champion for employee experience
  • You’re well versed in content creation and execution across the business and job levels
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good Level in English
