Ingénieur Qualité (domaine automobile)

Responsibilities :
> Lead the QC team and ensure the needed continuous training for them.
> Lead the Production quality control and defective product management.
> Lead the Production process analysis and improvement.
> Lead the Supplier & customer complaints management solving.
> Lead the laboratory & calibration operation.
> Lead the approval of new product & process equipment.
> Participation in the APQP approach of the new projects.
> Participation in the Quality System establishment (ISO 9001/ IATF 16949).
> Participate in the internal process & system audits.
> Participate in the external audits preparations.

Only automotive wire harness related experience will be considered

Occupation: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Ben Arous (El Mghira Industrial Zone)

Hard Qualifications:

- Fluent in English
- 2+ years' experience in QA and QC of automotive wire harnesses related industry (mandatory)
- Familiar with problem solving methodology (PDCA, 8D, QRQC,....etc).
- Familiar with QC process and laboratory equipments (micrometer, projector, cross-section analysis)
