It is a unique opportunity to learn about Airlines IT and for good candidate to evolve towards other positions in consulting, implementation or development.  

Key responsibilities: 

•      Analyze issues reported by users. 
•      Identify root cause. 
•      Propose recovery strategy and execute them. 
•      Develop and maintain maintenance and recovery tools . 
•      Conduct tests. 
•      Create/maintain the technical documentation 
•      Report progress to customers. 
•      Ensure solutions are delivered on time. 
•      Learn from experience and improve quality of current and future application solutions. 
•      Propose best practices and improvement. 
•      Train/coach new comers
