Position Overview
The Business Researcher will be responsible for researching information and creating highly reliable business intelligence reports based on data that is sourced from research, direct interviews, and other researched sources. The position has the role of information gatherer and synthesiser that enhances the company's data through reliable, ethical business research.


Responsibilities and Duties

Principal Duties

:• Researching and assisting in producing Due Diligence Reports, Business Intelligence Reports, and Credit Reports by undertaking the below activities and others as directed by the Head of Research & Analysis:

 Collaborating with Product Manager, Team Leaders, and Analysts on all tasks related to the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
 Conducting Phone Interviews with Subjects for credit reporting purposes to obtain registration, financial and commercial information on companies.
 Obtaining copies of official certificates and corporate records, where publicly available
 Obtaining Trade References on companies
 Compiling Credit Reports Compiling Business Information Reports

• Keeping abreast of developments mainly within the MEA region including changes in commercial laws, economic and political factors through specialized websites and research.
• Remaining aware of legal availability of data in countries covered.
• Assist in identifying new and alternative information sources.

Other Duties:
• Safeguard the intellectual rights and property of the company.
• Undertake training and certification courses to improve skills and credibility.
• Any other reasonable duties as required by the Head of Research & Analysis
