Production Supervisor

*oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.·      

*develops processes that optimize and maximize the operating economy, safety, quality and productivity of the industrial activity.·      

*Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards, be responsible for production output, product quality (in emergency management of Firewall) and on-time shipping·     

*  Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results· 

*      Share a trusting relationship with workgroup , manage and develop plant staff·     

*  Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets·      

*Must adopt all the measures required by the relevant laws and regulations

*  Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar position·    

*   Knowledge of SAP /Ms.Office·   

*    Knowledge of written and spoken English ·     

*  Being able to speak frankly by bringing out what works and what needs to be reviewed. ·      

* Leadership: motivator of a team who achieve goals on a regular basis, overcoming obstacles. ·      

* Problem Solving: knowing how to make decisions quickly to solve any problem ·     

*  Time Management: Management of deadlines, monitoring times in a precise and orderly manner ·       Ability to organize, prioritize and work effectively as a team Ability to set goals

* Level of study : Bachelor degree / Engineer degree
