Interior Designer

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• An adaptable interior designer with a creative mindset, proficient in grasping the essence of a project and understanding the client's envisioned design.
• Capable of working efficiently and meeting project timelines.
• Possesses strong communication skills, open to constructive criticism from seniors to enhance designs.
• Facilitates coordination between the interior design and technical teams.
• Proficient in delivering realistic and high-quality renders.
• Can produce shop drawings based on the approved interior design.
• Provides Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior finishes.
• Prepares comprehensive specifications reports for interior materials.Top of Form

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design from a reputable University.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Najdi Architecture and lighting design is highly appreciated.
• Experience in Interior Design in Luxury, Mixed use, Sports and theaters/indoor arenas projects is required.
• Registration as a licensed professional is required.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD Software is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
