Electronics Customer Quality Engineer

Missions:

The resource, who will report to the Customers Quality manager, will be part of a team dealing with activities such as:

• Supervision of the technical analysis activities of electronic boards
• Management and coordination of the technical analysis team
• Analysis and resolution of complaints by implementing the corrective and preventive measures in collaboration with the Quality and Production teams
• Generation of accurate and timely reports on analysed data
• Collaborate with internal team and headquarter as technical interface
• Optimize the analysis processes and improve existing methodologies

• Technical Background in Electronics
• Fluent knowledge of the English language (Italian language is a plus)
• Management and Leadership skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and of the main Microsoft Office programs
• Degree in electronics or equivalent qualification
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to communicate effectively and teamworking
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Motivation and ability to work in a dynamic environment
