Remote Sales Representative - Ticket Sales Specialist - Seatsnet

Position: Remote Sales Representative
Location: Work from Anywhere
Shift: 9 hours per day, 5 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with accurate and comprehensive information about available tickets, seating arrangements, and event details.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Effectively communicate the value and unique experiences associated with our ticket offerings.
• Guide customers through the ticket purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Reassure customers who may have concerns about event reviews, providing additional information and building confidence in their ticket purchase decisions.
• Stay informed about upcoming events, promotions, and changes in the entertainment industry to enhance customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve sales strategies.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary:

  • 2 orders per day: 200 USD   + Normal Commission Per sale
  • 4 orders per day: 300 USD   + Normal Commission Per sale
  • 6 orders per day: 400 USD   + Normal Commission Per sale
  • 8 orders per day: 500 USD   + Normal Commission Per sale

• Extra Commission:

  • 88 or more monthly orders (4 per day): +13% extra commission on total of normal comission.
  • 132 or more monthly orders (6 per day): +34% extra commission on total of normal comission.
  • 176 or more monthly orders (8 per day): +50% extra commission on total of normal comission.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in ticketing or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Enthusiastic and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
• Personal Computer: It is necessary for agents to possess their own reliable computer or laptop.
• Stable Internet Connection: Agents must ensure access to a stable and high-speed internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted communication and work.
• Headphones: To enhance communication clarity during calls and meetings, agents are required to use headphones equipped with a microphone.
