As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent to support our business objectives and drive our continued success. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilizing various channels and techniques to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Candidate screening and evaluation: Conducting thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, external recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience and efficient hiring process.
  • Employer Branding: Developing and promoting the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and differentiate the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing recruitment metrics and trends to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team Mentoring: Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to junior members of the recruitment team, fostering their professional growth and development.

 

 

Exigences de l'emploi

Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Foreign languages: English and French - minimum level B2
