COFICAB Tunisia is looking for: Industrial Performance Specialist

Job purpose:

Implements all Industrial Performance Department activities and operations, such us, products industrialization projects, industrial performance improvements, process parameters management and tooling management in cooperation with Quality, Production, Logistics and Maintenance departments in order to meet plant objectives. 

Job Accountabilities:

Performs copper and master batch overconsumption results and analysis, identifies potential performance gap, analyses main root causes, suggests improvement opportunities and prepares accordingly action plans or projects according to the extent of improvements to be carried out.

Prepares and consolidates overall industrial performance results focused on production and quality performance (productivity, scrap rate and cost reduction..), contributes to the analyzes of industrial non-performance root causes in cooperation with quality and production departments and participates to the developement of improvement action plans (Problem solving). 

Conducts feasibility study of improvement projects (Initiated by Industrial performance department or requested by others departments ro regional industrial performance), coordinates projects and action plans implementation and monitors progress and results achievements rates.

Performs industrialization projects of new products (at plant level) including readiness assessement for serial production and coordination with all  involved parties to prepare serial production launch. Performs updates of approved products technical specifications documents, work instructions,visual aids, PFMEA and other revelant technical documents and datasheets. Assures accordingly timely implementation actions  such as update of recipes, etc. 

Particcipates to the validation of new equipements or upgrades. Performs process parameters verification and calibration such  as debit tests, testing and calibration of plasticolor, verification of barrel and extrusion screw, bunching payoff calibration, etc. and proposes accordingly adequate actions. 

Educational Background (or equivalent level): Engineering degree  (Industrial/ Technical fields)

Required Experience : 2-3 year in industrial field
