responsible for the quality assurance of internally developed systems. We are building a strong & effective

We're seeking a talented “Graphic Designer” who can transform our brand's voice into captivating social
media graphics, presentations, and print materials. A keen eye for detail, design passion, and
multimedia prowess are essential. At the TT design team, every detail matters and drives our final
design.
The candidate must send his portfolio which contains all of his creations and which reflects his
creativity and his sense of imagination.
Essential Responsibilities: (tasks)
- Design captivating designs for social media posts according to the fixed schedule provided by
Marketing team.
- Generate innovative ideas that resonate with the target audience of TT and align with the
overall marketing strategy.
- Create print materials for event participation such as flyers, posters, banners, brochures, and
invitations.
- Occasionally create and edit engaging videos/ animations/ GIFs to bring our stories to life.
- Craft compelling templates used for internal or external presentations.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to the established think tank’s brand guidelines, including using
the correct logos, colors, and fonts.
- Create designs optimized for various social media platforms, considering factors such as
dimensions, aspect ratios, and file sizes (cover photos, media ads..)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and ensure strategies/ values are well-represented in design.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends, technologies, and tools.

Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of experience as a Graphic designer.
Education:
-Bachelor's degree or master's degree in multimedia arts or a related field.
Qualifications: (skills)
Technical skills:
- Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (notably Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere
Pro).
- Robust portfolio exhibiting diverse designs, especially in the digital and print realm.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
- Web Skills: Fundamental knowledge of frontend technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Soft skills:
- Teamwork: Must be able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to work on multiple projects of varying styles.
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Creativity and a strong web design sensibility are essential.
- Willing to learn new techniques (adaptable and open to new ideas).
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices & Up-to-date experience with
international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
