Senior Accountant (m/f/d)

General Accountant Skills:

• processing of day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Bookkeeping Purchase invoices/bank & cash transactions/ miscellaneous transactions
• Invoices Formal checking
• Filing of all documents   
• Justifying of the accounts (suppliers, customers, etc.).
• Preparing of the monthly bank reconciliation     
• Preparing all tax returns 
• Controlling social security returns.
• preparing monthly reporting.
• Preparing and updating of the depreciation table
• Updates the accounting data settings in the information system in line with current legislation.

 
Payroll Skills:

• Checking and entering data relating to the preparation of pay slips in a payroll software.
• Prepare pay slips by collecting and analyzing all the necessary information (hours worked, paid leave, overtime, bonuses, taxes, contributions, sick pay, etc.).
• Draw up pay slips in accordance with employment regulations, legislation and HR policy
• Actively staying informed about regulation changes and managing updates to payroll software parameters
• Draw up the company's social security declarations (employee and employer contributions, etc.)

• In-depth knowledge of standard accounting procedures in Tunisia
• Should has at least 5 years of practical experience as an Accountant 
• Strong analytical mindset and very good communication skills in Englisch (written & spoken)
• You are an empathetic team player who is discreet, trustworthy and reliable
• You complete your tasks independently, in a structured and precise manner
