We are looking for an outstanding “IT Help Desk Technician


Essential Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Provide user technical assistance and perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic
techniques.
- Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all
successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
- Repair or replace damaged hardware.
- Perform testing and evaluation of new software and hardware.
- Install and upgrade anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
- Follow-up with users to ensure issues are resolved.
- Provide needed information on IT products or services.
- Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve.
- Assist the IT Manager with the purchase, installation and security of IT equipment where
necessary.

Exigences de l'emploi

Education:
- Computer Science or relevant field.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.

Technical skills:
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and
software.
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA are advantageous

Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and implement them.
