Construction Manager

The Construction Manager is responsible for the execution of all construction work including:
Civil & Structural Works,
Electrical Works,
Control & Instrumentation Works,
Piping Works.
The Construction Manager will also coordinate with contractor’s site representatives.
He will ensure that all Construction Activities
Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less
than satisfactory performance.
Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for construction and man-hours.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
Coordinate with Construction Engineer for preparing work schedules.
Provide input and direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required
Ensure the Evaluation of Site employee.
Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for
less than satisfactory performance.
Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope
and schedule to all the team members.
Coordinate with Site Clerk for any necessary scanned documents
Coordinate with Planner and project leader for project execution plan and project Time
schedule.

Education/ Academic requirements: Engineering, Bac+5

Required specialty: As per discipline
Required experience: > 8 years
