Description de l'emploi

As part of our international Customer Success Management Team, you will be responsible for performing essential configurations for our customers' platforms. You will ensure that automated processes work according to customers’ concepts.
In doing so, you will be in close exchange with our project managers in the Customer Success team, who will technically design the customer requirements and subsequently discuss the implementation with you.

The main tasks are :
Workflow configuration (with backend interface supporting English):
- Using our administrator interface, you set up all the necessary elements for an idea management workflow according to the customer's requirements
- Combine all workflow elements into a functioning automated process
- Perform initial internal testing of your configurations
- Interacting with our project managers, who will test your configuration and forward change requests to you

Reporting of bugs and testing fixes of bugs
Smaller design adjustments with CSS changes (templates are ready for this
purpose)
Technical configuration for new platforms : e.g. Inserting SSO certificate, set up visibility settings, creating basic elements which are included in the client’s license


As a possible evolution: first level support for basic technical questions from English speaking customers : via our ticketing system (only written support)

Exigences de l'emploi

- At least 2 years of proven professional experience in configuring software products
via an administrator interface
- Fluent in English and French
- Technical understanding
- Fast comprehension
- HTML and CSS skills are a plus
- Strong team spirit
- Customer service and solution orientation
