Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

COFICAB Tunisia is looking for: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Job purpose:

oversees and inspects maintenance facilities to ensure the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations. Organizes, monitors, and supervises facility maintenance operations; performs avariety of technical tasks relative to facility maintenance; provides technical assistance to the department director.

Job Accountabilities:

Inspect and oversee facilities to resolve problems and Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed. Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance.

Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans.

Keep in check and regulate budget and track maintenance expenditures
Regularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and place order when needed.

Inspects quality of intervention, analyses interventions reports, verifies records accuracy. Monitors and brings assistance for critical failures. Control the accuracy and exhaustiveness of policies and data records on the CMMS system.

Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff
Hire and oversee outside professionals such as electricians, plumbers etc.
Inspect and maintain building systems such as heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation etc.

Perform periodic inspections of recently maintained equipment so as to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipment.

Assist with the implementation of capital projects
Approving maintenance strategy including monthly reporting and KPI validation.

Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.

Educational Background (or equivalent level): Engineering degree (Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrial, Automation...etc.)

Required Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience .

Functional and Technical Competencies: Maintenance processes (corrective, preventive, predictive...etc.), Electromechanical skills, Pneumatics & hydrolic system skills, Automation systems, continuous improvement techniques (TPM, FMEA, root cause anlysis...), Scheduling work & ressources planning, Fault and Incidents Management, manufacturing process environement.

Language and Software Skills: MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..),CMMS,MES, Automation systems and ERP applications awarness.
English is a must.
