COFICAB Tunisia is looking for: Maintenance Ingineer

Job purpose:
Manage and lead, as part of preventive or corrective maintenance, several teams of varying sizes and different specialties depending on the nature and size of the equipment maintained.
Organize team interventions and equipment management.

Job Accountabilities:

Inspect site equipments regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.

Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans.

Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.

Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time. Conduct preventative maintenance work.
Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.

Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff
Hire and oversee outside professionals such as electricians, plumbers etc.
Inspect and maintain building systems such as heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation etc.

Perform periodic inspections of recently maintained equipment so as to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipment.

Manage projects to improve the energy performance of utilities, Evaluate the energy performance of equipment after the intervention of subcontractors, Ensure preventive maintenance of production equipment/utilities and preserve or improve their energy performance, Monitor compliance with energy performance guidelines from reports and checklists, Apply FMEA criteria taking into account planned or expected energy performance.

Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.

Educational Background (or equivalent level): Engineering degree (Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrial, Automation...etc.)

Required Experience : 3 to 5 years in industry field.

Functional and Technical Competencies:  Project Management Tools, Methods of techno-economic feasibility, Evaluation of the effectiveness of energy performance improvement projects, Energy performance measurement and verification (M&V), Ability to conduct an energy diagnosis, Ability to analyse anomalies and their effects on energy performance, Knowledge of checklists of operational instructions, Knowledge of operational control criteria having an impact on energy performance.
