IT Business Analyst

Conduct thorough business analysis to identify clients' needs and objectives.
Develop detailed business requirements, document processes, and assess the feasibility of proposed projects.
Utilize BPMN and UML for process and system modeling.
Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to foster iterative development and enhance team collaboration.
Create and manage user stories, ensuring clear communication of business needs to developers.
Employ various diagramming tools to convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
Work closely with project managers, software developers, and other stakeholders to accurately translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Recommend improvements to existing processes and systems to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the development and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and user requirements.
Offer training and support to users on new systems and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Solid experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on #Agile and #Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in #BPMN and #UML, along with proficiency in diagramming tools.
Experience in creating and managing user stories, with an understanding of Product Owner (PO) responsibilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
