German Teacher

Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced German Teacher to join our team and contribute to the language learning initiatives within our organization, Consultim-IT.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong command of the German language, and the ability to create an engaging and effective learning environment. The German Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and assessing the language proficiency of team members.

Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:

   • Design and develop comprehensive German language curriculum tailored to the specific needs and goals of the organization.
   • Create engaging learning materials, resources, and activities to facilitate effective language acquisition.

2. Instruction:

   • Conduct German language classes for team members, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience.
   • Employ various teaching methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles and levels of proficiency.

3. Assessment and Feedback:

   • Implement regular assessments to evaluate the language proficiency of team members.
   • Provide constructive feedback to individuals to help them improve their German language skills.

4. Progress Monitoring:

   • Track and monitor the progress of participants in the language program.
   • Adjust teaching methods and materials based on individual and group performance.

5. Cultural & Profesional l Integration:

   • Integrate cultural aspects into language instruction to enhance understanding and appreciation of the German language and culture.

6. Communication:

   • Communicate effectively with team members, understanding their language learning needs and adapting instruction accordingly.
   • Collaborate with other language teachers and educators to share best practices and enhance the overall language program.

7. Professional Development:

   • Stay informed about current trends and developments in language education.
   • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in German language, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a German language teacher.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages.
• Strong understanding of language teaching methodologies and approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching certification in German.
• Experience in teaching adults in a corporate or professional setting.
