Description de l'emploi

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic sales team. As Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the sales team in administrative tasks, maintaining customer databases, and providing excellent service to our valued clients. Reporting directly to the regional Sales Manager, you will be in charge of assisting a team of 7-10 Key Account Managers.

Your actions will focus on:

• Assisting the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks such as:

o Saas renewal coordination

o Dealhub quote generation

o Salesforce and ERP data entry

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales activities, and interactions in our CRM system.

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and providing product information and assistance as needed.

• Monitoring and tracking sales data, preparing reports to help with account management.

• Supporting the sales team in reducing churn

• Managing renewals, interacting with customers and resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner, escalating complex cases as needed.

• Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.

Exigences de l'emploi

Required skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Undergraduate degree in sales is a plus.

• Proven experience in a sales or administrative role.

• Fluent in English. German is a plus. French is optional.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and also independently.

• Willingness to do administrative tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.

• Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
