It consists of an IT-BI Development center and a Business Process Operations (BPO) team to support our various European offices and drive operational excellence. We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled person to take on a dual role as a Application Support Analyst professional within our finance business. This unique position requires the candidate to excel in both roles, contributing to financial analysis and strategy while providing exceptional users support to clients in the finance sector.

Job Overview: We are looking for a Finance Business Analyst to join our IT Department. The Business Analyst will serve as a crucial link between the business stakeholders and developers, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring the successful implementation of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with finance professionals and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, processes, and objectives. Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for developers.

Communication Bridge: Serve as a liaison between the finance department and development teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Ensure that business requirements are accurately understood and implemented by developers.

System Implementation: Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of financial systems and software. Provide guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.

Solution Design: Participate in solution design sessions with developers to brainstorm and propose innovative solutions that meet business needs and requirements. Ensure that proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Functional Documentation: Create and maintain functionaldocumentation, including specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models. Ensure that documentation accurately reflects business requirements and technical solutions.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with developers and QA testers to define test cases, conduct testing, and ensure the quality of developed solutions. Identify and resolve issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to finance professionals and endusers on newly implemented financial systems and processes. Act as a subject matter expert and provide ongoing assistance as needed.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the finance department. Work with stakeholders to implement changes and enhancements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Management: Collaborate with developers to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of financial data. Define data requirements and specifications to support reporting and analysis needs.

Exigences de l'emploi

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a finance environment.

Strong Finance/Accounting backgroud

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Experience working with developers and technical teams to implement software solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working in process-based (Agile)
