Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at iMaxtn, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing data, documenting business processes, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

• Gather and Document Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Use tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software. Process Mapping: Create process maps and flowcharts to visually represent current and future state business processes.
• Solution Evaluation: Evaluate potential solutions or technologies to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Business Case Development: Assist in the development of business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations, to support proposed initiatives.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan and conduct UAT sessions to ensure that the delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation, such as business requirements documents, user stories, and test cases.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the IT or development team to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Knowledge of business analysis software and tools, such as Microsoft Visio or JIRA, is a plus.
