 We are a dynamic and innovative company committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Materials Management Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and optimize the supply chain process, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient materials management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Lead negotiations with customers for critical open orders and delivery situations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review production capacity and satisfy customer needs.
    • Provide necessary information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Materials Management:

    • Monitor raw materials supply and flow to meet production requirements and customer demand.
    • Evaluate and manage suppliers based on performance and technical ability.
    • Guarantee raw materials' availability in a timely manner based on production capacity and sales forecast.
  3. Supply Chain Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with Scheduling, Production, Sales, and Management to meet supply chain goals.
    • Weekly tracking with manufacturing and customer services teams to summarize production figures and address main issues.
  4. Inventory Management:

    • Maintain FG & RM inventory at target levels while avoiding delivery risks.
    • Conduct stock analysis (DOH, Stock discrepancy, WIP Inflation, Negative Stock, GAP BF, Wrong SAP movements).
    • Take necessary actions to avoid excess and obsolete FG & raw materials.
  5. Process Improvement:

    • Actively contribute to supply chain process improvement ideas.
    • Analyze short-term customer demand variations and take necessary actions to avoid critical situations.

Exigences de l'emploi

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bac + 5
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 7 years
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Good attitude and problem-solving abilities.
    • Good level in SAP.
