Management Teacher (English Speaker)

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging 15-minute video lectures that adhere to our comprehensive syllabus. Additionally, the role includes bi-weekly coaching sessions via Microsoft Teams, offering personalized support and feedback to our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and record 15-minute educational videos on management topics, ensuring they are informative, engaging, and pedagogically sound.
• Follow a detailed syllabus, covering all necessary material in a structured manner.
• Conduct bi-weekly coaching sessions to support and guide learners, enhancing their understanding of management principles.
• Deliver all content in English, maintaining a high level of proficiency and clarity.

• A master’s degree in management or a closely related field is highly preferred.
• Exceptional command of the English language, capable of delivering content and engaging with learners effectively.
• Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or content creation within the field of management.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Compensation:
• Compensation is set at 100 Tunisian Dinars per video, including the coaching sessions, with each subject requiring the creation of 15 videos alongside corresponding coaching engagements.
