We are looking for a Supplies & Logistics Clerk to join the Operations’ Department.

About the job: The Supplies and Logistics Clerk ensures the effective daily operations for the different supply arrangements and requests and the on-time management of school assets under his control in accordance with the needs and priorities of the operations’ department.

What will you be doing?

The Supplies and Logistics Clerk is expected to perform (among others) the following duties and responsibilities

Supply room management (Provide school supplies for our staff daily, Ask for local purchase requests if necessary, during the school year.)

Supplies Overseas order (Annual supplies request for the school while taken into consideration of teachers' specific needs (Supply room + Classrooms), Looking for the best value for money from our school supplies providers)

Copy center management. (Ensure a smooth workflow for copies and laminating requests, Assist staff to make their own copies or scanning of documents, Ensure stock management in terms of toners and paper,  Coordinate between our partners and the school for copier maintenance)

Warehouse Management (Keep the storage well organized and documented, Provide monthly reports of the stock)

Receiving & Dispatching Official School Containers : Assist to clear incoming shipments through Tunisian Customs--Receive and Dispatch any Overseas Shipment. Organize boxes according to a shipment packing list. Deliver all boxes to the appropriate requestor and Barcode Assets.

Campus physical Inventory + Expat houses inventory 

All Local Orders Reception (Receive all local orders and deliver them to the appropriate requestor, Coordinate and schedule delivery with (ACST or Expat Houses), Generate barcodes for furniture and update our live inventory document according to the purchase order)

Donation assistance (Prepare Inventory list and the Exit Form(s).-- Coordination with external organizations or associations. Deliver if necessary (Justification: Stamp, pictures, etc).)

Exigences de l'emploi

What are we looking for?:

The candidate must be:

● Holding a degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain

● Having Minimum (2-3) years’ experience working in Warehouse Management, Finance and Procurement areas.

● Tri-lingual– English, Arabic and French.

Additional preferred skills and abilities:

● Highly Organized and self directed

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

● Understands and can clearly communicate ACST Mission and Core Values

● Ability to operate a computer and software such as MS Office, Google

● Ability to prepare accurate reports (English– French & Arabic).

● Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with staff, co-workers.

● Work independently with limited direct supervision.

● The ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff.
