Piping Engineer

EZAR For Engineering and technical Service an International Contractor Operating in Oil and Gas Field Occupy the Major Project for Operating and Maintenance in North Africa

We are seeking a Piping Engineer to join our projects.

Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

• Lead the piping engineering activities for the project from concept through to execution.
• Develop piping specifications, design criteria, and standards in compliance with industry codes and regulations.
• Prepare piping layouts, isometrics, and material take-offs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of piping systems with other project components.
• ensure timely and qualitative preparation of project technical documentation;
• ensures that operational methods are applied correctly, in accordance with the job specifications, procedures and company quality system;
• study equipment layout with the aim of developing the Plot Plan;
• study piping routing with the aim of developing the Piping Layout
• perform the piping material take-off, in order to define the material needs for the construction purpose;
• actively participate to the 3D model development, coordinating and supervising relevant activity of his working group;
• review Vendors documentation;
• manage production of documents useful for the construction, such as Isometric Sketches and General Arrangement Drawings;
• adhere to the committed man-hours and budget and project schedule;
• interface with other discipline specialist engineers and project support functions such as planning and cost control.

Education & Experience Requirements

As the successful candidate you must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
You should have a minimum of 11 years of field experience as a Mechanical technician/engineer.
