Export Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage all export-related activities, including documentation, logistics, and coordination of shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and government requirements in destination countries.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and international clients.
• Participate and assist pricing requests from current clients.
• Monitor global market trends and identify growth opportunities for the company.
• Contribute to the development of export strategies and the expansion of the company's international business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, or a related field.
• Previous professional experience as an Export Specialist or in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of international export regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PDF.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage export processes and logistics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in multiple foreign languages would be an advantage.
• Availability and good organization
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• English speaking and writing.
