Participating in the implementation of measures to improve suppliers, such as test reports and meetings, and conducting corresponding effectiveness tests in coordination with the responsible party.
Ensuring compliance with specifications and guidelines to establish a standard for handling quality-relevant issues with suppliers, in coordination with the responsible person or departments.
Participating in the analysis of error messages from production and suppliers based on specifications.
Managing supplier complaints, including necessary measures, and documenting them in accordance with company guidelines.
Checking the material quality of suppliers using process-specific equipment and taking necessary measures, if needed, involving relevant departments (e.g., internal/external materials analysis) in coordination with the responsible person.
Blocking and releasing materials, including initiating necessary measures within the area of responsibility.
Participating in control measures (e.g., meetings, inspections, audits) to improve existing suppliers.

Participating in the definition and optimization of test plans, limit samples, etc., to control materials in material-specific quality issues, including effectiveness testing.
Reviewing and evaluating material-specific data (e.g., durability, geometric, and electrical data), and implementing appropriate measures if deviations are identified (e.g., inventory control).
Creating and updating quality-relevant master data, such as defining measuring equipment, test plans, Q-info records, and test certificates.
Implementing area-specific and standardized documentation and archiving (e.g., EMPB, 8D report) within the area of responsibility.
