Maintenance Technician

Manage all operations and services related to facilities, including maintenance, security, cleaning, servicing, procurement and repairs.
Internal communication interface at Zollner between operational sectors, external planners and implementing companies,
delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members
Supervise renovation, construction and the layout of workspaces,
Run routine maintenance inspections,
Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements.
Manage the budget allocated to facilities and ensure that costs are controlled, and projects are executed on time.
Guarantee the safety of the building by ensuring compliance with safety standards while carrying out regular checks and implementing emergency plans in case of an incident.
Interact with external service providers to guarantee the quality of services, such as security or cleaning and maintenance companies.
Ensure that the services provided suit the needs of the company and its employees.
Support and develop the company's strategy and processes.
Report the main information and keep the reporting concerning interventions up to date for more visibility on the building,

Certified Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of safety, health and environmental standards and regulations related to facility management.

Strong project management skills
02 years of experience in industrial construction.
Availability to travel worldwide including Germany,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2), otherwise in German.
