Ulysse-call center, based in Sousse since 2008, is looking for motivated & talented Sales Agents to expand its customers' service team!

 Your responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers!

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries

• Communicating with customers over the phone

• Registering & prospecting new clients and conducting all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Your profile :

• Perfect spoken and written English  

• Motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills and have a sense of service 

• Experience in an english call center 

• Basic computer literacy

 We offer :

• A CDI contract upon hiring and paid training, 

• A base salary of 700 TND net initially. After the first 3 months are completed, the base salary goes up to 800 TND net.

• Attendance bonus

• Monthly incentives which can reach more than 1000 TND net.
