Operation Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Team Leader to join our team at CED Tunisia. The Operation Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of engaged in various operational tasks related to insurance claims management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in team management, and a deep understanding of BPO industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of 30 FTE employees engaged in operational activities such as claims processing, data analysis, and customer service.
2. Set clear objectives and performance targets for team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
3. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to foster professional growth and development.
4. Monitor team performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
5. Collaborate with other departmental leaders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
7. Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and resolve conflicts or disputes within the team.
8. Prepare regular reports and presentations on team performance, key metrics, and operational KPIs for management review.

Qualifications:
