Description de l'emploi
- The QR_DEV is the Q member of the development team,
- he/she guarantees that the internal rules and Customer requirements are available, followed and satisfied.
- He's/she's responsible of the lesson learnt process
- He/she supports the QR_DEV_C, located in the ASK Leadhouse, for all the activities connected with the product design and development process.
Exigences de l'emploi
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA processes / methodologies
- Knowledge of the work products (report, verifications, documents,....) of the development process
- Knowledge of Customer standards (CSR), mainly the ones related to quality topics
- Knowledge of Microsoft application (mostly Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of Problem Solving methodologies
- Knowledge of SPC methodology (Cp, Cpk, ...)
- Communication with ASK Plants
- Pragmatic approach
- Leadership
- Persuasion and coordination capability
