Description de l'emploi

You will be responsible of ensuring Facilities management services for a multinational client set on a building of approximately 4000 m².

Your mission will be to ensure that the client has the most appropriate work environment that promotes well-being and productivity of its employees while controlling operating costs.

You will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and leading a team and a set of contractors to manage and plan the services covered by the Facilities Management service contract for which you are responsible, such as maintenance, cleaning, meeting room management, event management, monitoring of space redesign projects, waste disposal and recycling.
- Check that work orders attributed to staff or subcontractors has been carried out, and follow up any shortcomings.
- Use performance management techniques (KPI's) to monitor and report the achievement of agreed service quality levels (SLA's) and to implement improvements.
- Write service operating procedures and implement a program to continuously improve and update these procedures.
- Ensure that the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent problems as they arise.
- Manage the distribution of consumables to ensure their continuous availability at points of consumption (consumables for meeting rooms, toilets, break rooms, printers, etc.).

- Manage and direct change to ensure minimal disruption to core business activities.
- Optimize building energy efficiency and set precise improvement targets.
- Plan service development in line with business objectives.
- supervise premises redesign projects and coordinate contractors' work

Working hours
You'll work a 40-hour week, but longer hours may be needed occasionally to meet project deadlines or cover emergencies.
