Adecco is recruiting for one of its clients a Digital Marketing and Community Manager for Tunisia & Libya

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies 
• Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers
• Provide engaging text & content for social media accounts
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Coordinate with Marcom teams to ensure brand consistency
• Liaise with Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

 Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Communication/ Digital Marketing
• 2 to 3 Years experience as a community manager
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
• Excellent verbal communication skills ( French , English & Arabic)
• Excellent writing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ready to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
• Good team work abilities
