Network and Infrastructure Engineer

Summary: M&C is currently seeking a Network and Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for managing and evolving its systems and IT infrastructure. Beyond technical mastery of the role, the candidate will also be responsible for proposing and strengthening the company's IT policy to support its growth, ensure security requirements, and remain at the forefront of technology

Responsabilities :

• Administer the company's platforms and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure technological monitoring and security of infrastructure and systems.
• Contribute to defining and maintaining infrastructure, system, and security standards and norms.
• Lead hardware and software evolution projects according to needs.
• Oversee vendor consultations and supplier selection.
• Manage project progress, implement changes, and monitor suppliers.
• Conduct compliance tests for implemented changes.
• Handle incidents and intervention requests raised by employees.
• Keep infrastructure documentation and event logs up to date.
• Create/maintain technical documentation.
• Monitor the network.
• Train employees, especially newcomers, on security and GDPR aspects.
• Ensure the renewal of certifications (ISO27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI/DSS)

Qualifications : 

• Systems: Proficiency in Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Firewall: Experience with Fortinet and WatchGuard firewalls.
• Advanced Networking: Proficiency in LAN, WAN, WIFI, Routing, Encryption, Certificates.
• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO27001, ISO27002, PCI/DSS, GDPR is a significant plus
• Strong teamwork
• Good command of both written French and English.
• Proactive and flexible approach to work.

Profile :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, networking, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
