HR Network is looking for an international  group specialized in the paramedical products  Located in the governorate of Monastir

Team Leader Product Development textile

Within the division product development,Under the authority of the Product Development Manager HQ

You will be responsible for:

- Contact with Product Development department in head quarters

- Contact with customers, under supervision of Product Development department in head quarters

- Monitor the progress of development planning in accordance with Product Development HQ requirements

- Communicate changes in development planning to Product Development HQ

- Study of the model (from sketches, photos, etc.)

- Time & Consumption calculation

­- Check & validate Time & Consumption made by Product Development employees

- Variation, from the prototype, of different sizes (gradation)

- Development of prototypes/models (feasibility study)

- Launch and monitoring the development of prototypes or pre-series in the development chain

- Check & validate prototypes made by Product Development employees

- Create Technical Files

- Check & validate Technical Files made by Product Development employees

- Start setting up Quality control and conformity of the prototype/series, together with Quality Department

- Ensure support for new projects with the production chain

- Check and validate finished products before export for first production runs (together with quality manager)

- Express training needs

- Ensure the correct organisation, nomenclature, and classification of files on SharePoint

Skills

- English speaking & writing

- MS Office, IT

- Knowledge of manufactured textile products/materials

- Knowledge of CAD software, preferably Rhinoceros 3D

- Knowledge of the processes of making patterns

- Knowledge of general manufacturing techniques (raw materials and finished products)

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes

- Knowledge of different types of machines and their functionalities

- Knowledge of stitching and assembly techniques

- Knowledge of project management

- Good organizational management

- Working group facilitation techniques

- Writing techniques (analysis and synthesis)

Profile:

- Bac + 5 / Engineer in textile

- rigorous, strong personality, resistant to stress

- Required experience of  3 to 5 years in a similar position

-  Organizational skills, anticipation,

- Good communication and conviction skills
