Missions:
Ensure the proper execution of administrative tasks (follow-up of check-ups, registration of certificates and/or medical questionnaires, etc.) of the medical service in accordance with deadlines.
Manage customer relations with policyholders and/or healthcare providers, as appropriate, as well as diverse activities related to portfolio management.
Main Duties:
Follow the progress of the check-up workflow: 80%
Ensure the proper implementation of customer requests
Check the receipt of the certificates
If necessary, contact the service providers to ensure that appointments are made
Register the certificates and coordinate with the medical team in case of non-suitability answers
Respond to policyholders (telephone and emails) on any questions regarding this service
Ensure the proper execution by members of the medical team of case management tasks: 10%
Participate in the reporting of the medical department: 10%
Required results:
Ensure the proper delivery of the service within the deadlines and according to the contractual rules.
Comply with operational quality standards to maintain a high level of customer service.
Required Experience:
Experience in an administrative position or in customer service
Optional experience:
Experience in the insurance environment
Experience of expatriation and/or a position with an international dimension
Education:
Bachelors’ Degree Computer
Skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of internet and e-mail.
Languages: Spanish is obligatory, English and French
