   Team Lead Assistant 

YOUR TASKS

Planning and scheduling:

• Prepare meeting notes and reports on:
  • current figures
  • forecasts
  • work logs
• Coordinate travels with the German/Tunisian booking team
• Support with planning
• Monitor adherence to forecasts
• Follow up on open invoices
• Create projects and invoices in our PM tool
• Time management/scheduling
• Create reports in PowerPoint and share them in our internal system
• Manage quarterly workload
• Arrange and document meetings

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science or similar
• Proficient with MS-Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Proficient in English language, both written and spoken, German would be beneficial
• Good communication skills, ability to guide others, high motivation, and excellent organizational skills
